The Mission PTA Executive Board and School Site Leadership Team would like your feedback on the APEX Fun Run fundraiser. Parent surveys will be coming home this week and are due back to the office by Friday, February 15 at 2:45 pm.
Survey forms are being distributed one per family, to the youngest member of the family. If you do not receive the form or if you would like an additional form for a second family member to fill out, go to the office.
The PTA will report on the information gathered at the April PTA meeting.
