We would love to have you be part of the membership!
Registration is officially OPEN for Mission’s 2026 school play; and this year, tuition is FREE! Every student in grades TK–6 is invited to join the fun. Auditions will help us match students to roles, but there are no cuts — every child who wants to participate will be part of the show.
Not interested in being ON the stage? We also welcome students who want to help backstage with sets, props, costumes, makeup, lights, and music!

Did you know you can help Mission PTA earn money without spending a single extra dollar? When you buy gift cards in the RaiseRight app and use them for everyday purchases — like Target, Safeway, Starbucks, and more — a percentage comes back to Mission.
Want to unlock free money for Mission PTA with RaiseRight? Email president@missionpta.org for the code.
The Mission PTA brings families, teachers, and staff together to enrich learning through hands-on experiences, the arts, and events that make Mission Avenue special. Join us and be part of something magical!
Whether you have two hours a week or two hours a year, there’s a way for everyone to be part of the Mission Magic.
Becoming a PTA member is the easiest way to show your support. There’s no obligation to attend meetings or volunteer (unless you want to!). Your membership helps fund programs and shows you believe in Mission Magic.
lead
Whether you want to serve on the PTA board, chair a committee, or represent your classroom, there’s a place for you. No experience needed— just a willingness to jump in and help our school shine.
help
Many of our events can’t run without the help of day-of volunteers. Whether you’re setting up tables, handing out snacks, or running a game booth, these short shifts make a big difference — and they’re a fun way to meet other families!
connect
PTA meetings are open to everyone and a great way to learn what’s happening at school, share ideas, and connect with other families. Whether you just listen in or bring a new idea to the table, you’re always welcome.
Every role—big or small—helps make Mission Avenue the magical place it is. When we all pitch in, amazing things happen for our kids.
Our PTA, made up of parents, grandparents, teachers and school staff, work together to create opportunities and special moments for our students and our community. We aim to enrich the education of our children through hands on experiences, a dedication to the arts, and a commitment to the development of well-rounded young people.
NOTHING! There are no commitment or expectations of PTA members, you’re just simply showing your support for our great students, school, parents, and staff. Of course, we encourage all parents to get involved with the PTA, there is absolutely no obligation to do so.
At the end of every school year, the new PTA Board members are elected by the general PTA membership. If you are interested in serving on the board next year, email president@missionpta.org to learn more about putting your name on the ballot.
